can purchase it directly from Adobe. The Reader is not enough, you will need
the real package for your computer. Once installed, you will select the Acrobat Writer
from the printer menu, as if you were selecting a printer. It will prompt you for
the file name you wish. Name your files using only lowercase, with no spaces, and
each document ending in a .pdf file extension.
Place all of your .pdf documents in a single folder [directory] on your hard
drive. Use WinZip, Stuffit,
or similar archive program to put them into a single .zip archive. Both programs
have freeware versions. Make sure you use the .zip compression and name your file
with the .zip file extension. Then you can mail or email this archive to us.
The first time you submit music to us, if you are a US citizen, you will need
to fill out an IRS W-9 Request
for Taxpayer ID Number and Certification. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader
to read and print out this form.
For each composition you submit you will need to fill two copies of the contract, sign them and have them witnessed. After we
receive them from you, we will sign the agreement and send you back your copy.
Send both copies with W-9
[if you haven't already sent it], along with your archive [if you haven't emailed
it] to:
